CompeTiTion was high, buT preTTy Nancy Niederholzer marched .To viCTory Through a saber arch aT The CoronaTion Ball and was crowned by Elaine Halvor- son. The sign of Libra shone especially brighT on The 315T day m Halloween. FloaTs began To Take shape. Many hours were spenT sTuTTing and weaving.
