The California Scholarship Federation is a state chartered organization for top scholastic achievers. Its purpose is to promote and honor high scholarship in senior high school. Eligibility is based on earning at least 3 A ' s and 1 B each semester in the A-F univer- sity subjects during your 10th, 11th. and 12th grades.
