Actually our name should be Senior Anthropology, because we are interested in the scientific study of the origin .and of the physical, social, and cultural development and behavior of man. explained Steve Sharp, the president of Senior Humanities. To further their knowledge in Anthropology, the club, sponsored by Mr. George, took part in sev- eral field trips. Also they sponsored a dance, a car rally, 3 spaghetti dinner, and a bake sale. Club officers were Steve Sharp, president; Curtis Renshaw, vice president; Terry Schlarb, secretary; and Lori Zelko, treasurer. Humanities Sponsors Car Wash Advised by Mr. George and Mr. Issacs, the 1unior Humanities club raised money for their many educational excursions. Becoming involved with the community through humanities is our main ob- jective, stated Don King, the presidentof the club. The educational excursions included plays, concerts, museums, and ballets. In order to raise money the club sponsored many activities such as a bake sale and a car wash. When asked to sum up the year Don King summed it up handily- With the help from our sixty enthusiastic members we made this year very productive, and a considerable success. Heading the club was Don King, president; Kitty Hall, vice president; Laura Fleming, secretary; and Mary Kay Hagerdy, treasurer. A sign to lure customers. Your local police support you. After a long day, students are exhausted.
