HAWAII Eyes on the bridge search out Hawaii as we near the islands. The crew stands at quarters for entering Pearl Harbor, first stop on our deployment. Preparing the shot lines and mooring lines for securing the ship to the pier. As we enter Pearl Harbor a Tourist boat bids the crew of GOMPERS' ALOHA!! itnats Hawaiian for Hello and Goodbyel. As we leave Hawaii the ship passes the Arizona Memorial bidding a fond farewell and rendering Honors to heroes of yesteryears.
