MR. MELVIN MEYR Social Science Mr. Meyr was born In New Veils, Missouri. He re- ceived his B.S. In Ed. at Southeast Missouri State College. This Is Mr. Meyr's sixth year at Sal- isbury as teacher of Ec- onomics, American History, Citizenship, American Government, Sociology, Geography, and World History. He is also a sponsor of the Senior class and the Pep Squad. MRS. BILL WALLACE Commerce Mrs. Wallace was born in Sidney, Ohio and graduated from Webster Groves High School. She received her B.S. degree from Central College. Mrs. Wallace taught four years at Pat- tonville before coming here. This is Mrs. Wallace’s first year at Salisbury, and she Is 7 sponsor of the Freshman Class, and the F.B.L.A. Local Chapter. Shp taught the first Semester for •» -c fnetar MR. DON AMELON Drivers Education Instructor fc Industrial Art Mr. Arne Ion was born in Seymour, Mo. and graduated from the High School at Centralia, Mo. He received his M.Ed. degree from the University of Mo. Mr. Amelon has been at the Salisbury High School for four years. He Is one of the Senior sponsors. MRS. JAMES ADAMS English L Speech Mrs. Adams was born at Sumner, Missouri. She graduated from Hale Hig; School, Hale, Missouri. She attended two years at William Jewel and re- ceived her A.B. degree from Tarkio College. Sh« has taught for fifteen MRS. DONALD KOTHE Home Economics Mrs. Kothe graduated from High School at Popular Bluff, Mo. She attended the University of Mo. where she received her B. S. degree in Education. Mrs. Kothe taught here the first semester and this was her first year. She was sponsor of the Freshman Class and F.H.A. Advisor. MISS DORIS SHIELDS Home Economics Miss Shields was born in Ledlow, Mo. and graduated from Chillicothe High School. She received her B.S. degree from Central Mo. State College at War- rensburg. This is Miss Shields first year of teaching, and she is tak- ing Mrs. Kothe's place. Miss Shields is sponsor of the Freshman Class and F.H.A. Advisor. MRS. NANA FOSTER Commerce Mrs. Foster was born in •rairie Hill, Mo. and [raduated from high school ;here. She obtained her . S. degree from both Central College and the University of Missouri. )he served four years tilth the W.A.C. She is now doing post graduate work at the University of Colorado. This is Mrs. Foster's fourth year at Salisbury. She is sponsor of the Freshman Class and the,F.B.L.A. Local Chapter years in Missouri before coming here, aod she is a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma. This is her second year at Salisbury and she is a sponsor of the Sophomore Class and the Dramatic Club.

MRS. MARY SADISH Girls’ Phy. Ed. And Freshman English Mrs. Sadish was born in Bucklln, Mo. She gradu- ated from the Prarie Hill High School, and attended College at Northeast State Teachers College at Kirks- vllle, Mo., where she re- ceived her B.S. degree in Education. She is Sponsor of the Girls' Pep Squad and teaches girls' Phy. Ed. and Freshman English. MRS. DOROTHY McCLOUD School Secretary Mrs. McCloud was born in Keytesvllle, Missouri but graduated from High School at Salisbury. This is her third year at the High School. MRS. JOHN RUFFNER Physics And Biology Mrs. Ruffner was born in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas and graduated from the Couch High School in Missouri. She attended Southwest Missouri State College, Springfield, Missouri. She then attended the Uni versity of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado where she graduated with a B.S degree in Pharmacy. She taught one year at a rural school before she came here. This is Mrs. Ruffner's third year at Salisbury. MRS. WM. H. LEE Librarian And Art Mrs. Lee was born north of Clifton Hill, Missouri. She graduated from Thomas Hill High School. She re- ceived her B.S. degree from Kirksville State Teachers College and did additional work at the university of Kansas, Utah, and Arkansas. Mrs. Lee taught at the Clifton Hill High School for three years before coming to Salisbury. This is her fourth year here at the Salisbury High School. She is one of the Student Council Sponsorfe. MR. GORDON CLOYD Band And Chorus Mr. Cloyd was born in Edina, Mo. and graduated from High School there. He received his B.S. degree from Mo. University. Before coming to Salisbury, Mr. Cloyd taught at Mendon, Kirksville, and Shelbina. This is Mr. Cloyds first year at Salisbury, and he is one of the Sopho- more Sponsors. MR. FOREST SMALL Agriculture Mr. Swall is our Vo- cational Agriculture teacher. He was born In Ontario, Wisconsin and graduated from the High School at Lee Summit, Mo. He received his A.A. De- gree at Graceland Col- lege, Lamona, Iowa and his B.S. degree in Agri- culture from the Univer- sity of Missouri. This is Mr. Swell's first year at Salisbury. He is a sponsor of the Junior Class and the advisor of F.F.A. MRS. UREDICE GOETZ Mathematics And General Science Mrs. Goetz was born in Clifton Hill, Missouri. She attended Kirksville Teachers College and had some additional work in Pittsburg, Kansas. This is Mrs. Goetz's twelfth year at Salisbury as a teacher of General Science and Mathematics. She is a sponsor of the Junior Class.
