Chorus i The mixed chorus consists of forty-five members and is directed by Miss Schroeder. At the srring music contest at Madison, South Dakota on April 3 and M, the mixed chorus re- ceived a second rating. The two numbers which they sang were entitled nThe Halleluiah Chorusn and USourwood Mountaia . The students of Salem Public High School have good rea- son to be proud of our band which is directed by Solomon Koth. Again this year at the music contest in 1Madison, South Dakota, we received a superior rating. The band has forty-six members and twelve different types of instruments.
