Tavenner Mr. Tavenner, a teacher and assist- ant principal in Salem High School, has in the past year taken an important part in many activities which forward the work of the school. He is the ad- viser of the Honor Society and of the photography section of the Science club. His other activities are in the High School office, giving aid and advising the many students who consult him. Dean of Girls One of the most important positions in SalemHigh School is that of Dean of Girls. The one who fills this place, Miss Mabel Robertson, has done so loyally and faithfully. In all school activities she has given her most ear- nest and sincere support in order to maintain a better social program for Salem High School. Through the organization of the Girls' League she has a personal contact with all girls, and each individual problem is her special interest. Although her posi- tion deals mostly with the girls, Miss Robertson has made friends with and gained the affections of all the students at Salem High School. flllle
