lll llllllllllllllll Every seaman has his north star, every student has his guiding light. Here at Salem, this guiding light is also our friend, helper, and constant inspiration. Her busy schedule is never too full for her to listen to our troubles and to give us wise advice. It we go astray academically, it is she who urges us to direct our thoughts and energies toward higher goals. She understands our shortcomings, and helps us to overcome them.
