Maj KEOWN served a Tour in The Republic of VieTnam in 4967 wiTh HMM-362: flying CH 34s. During 4968 he served as a flighf lnsTrucTor in HT-8. From 4969 To 4970 Maj KEOWN affended The USN Posf Graduafe School, Monferey, CQ, Maj KEOWN received a degree in operaTions research.
