School Honors Its Potroncss An outstanding, meaningful event of the SUA school year is the celebration of the feast of St. Ursula, October 21. On this day the entire student body takes time out to honor the patroness of the academy. After attending holy Mass, the students are served breakfast by the sophomores, who are in charge of the entire activity. Next on the program is an assembly, the theme of which this year is We'll Always Say Yes to God. St. Ursula's life and her decision to follow Christ are depicted by a group of high school girls in a discussion of the greatest thing St. Ursula ever did. At the close of the morning, students are given the rest of the day free and this year the seniors used the time to prepare for their Washington trip. Linda Sheidler and Kathy Staunton observe musical talent of Sandra Romay as she plays Always Say Yet to God at the SUA assembly. Father Hussey relaxes while the home ec students prepare his breakfast after Mass on St. Ursula Day. the I'll 5 . l 26 X Q 4. .-1-P-, ,. ... p.3:'1mWTJ.:,--1
