St. Ursula Academy operates under the capable leadership of Sister Miriam, principal, and twenty-seven faculty members. When appraising a school for its promotion of the Christian and democratic values, the public gives much credit to the com- petency of its administration. Sister Miriam, in her fourth year as principal, holds a Master's De- gree from Marquette University and has done graduate work at Catholic University of America and the University of Detroit. With a lifetime of experience both in teaching and in adminis- tration, Sister is richly qualified to set the pace by which the edu- cational and cultural life of the Academy should advance.
