LADY AND KNIGHT OF 1985 SALUTATORIAN AND VALEDICTORIAN The Lady and Knight of the Year are similar to the star actor and actress of a movie. The Lady of the year is cho- sen as the student who best exemplifies what St. Mary's is, both academically and in school spirit. The Knight is her counterpart who best shows the type of spirit, for- titude, and strength that is expected in all St. Mary's students. To be chosen as ei- ther Lady or Knight of the Year is a great privilege. by Gary Hadley LADY OF THE YEAR: Teresa Ke- vane. KNIGHT OF THE YEAR: Hans Laughner. The Salutatorian and Vale- dictorian represent the best St. Mary's has to offer aca- demically. For four years these two students have struggled, worked, and burned the midnight oil to reach this special honor. No matter what these two wish to do in the future, one thing is certaing they will be suc- cessful. The faculty and stu- dents congratulate them both. by Gary Hadley VALEDICTORIAN: Teresa Kevane fleftl. SALUTATORIAN: Lupe Arambula lrightl. 19
