I I W To the Ideal Student Counsellor, Father Aloysius Gage, we, the class of '49, dedicate this annual. The radiance of his wisdom has at many times broken through the dark overcast of trouble like the sun through a tempest to give guidance to many students. As the following pages of this annual try to reflect an ideal school, so it is backed by an ideal moderator and student counsellor, Father Gage. The memory of his un- derstanding and constant labor will linger on into the rem- iniscenee of our future years. The Senior Class wishes to ex- tend its sincere appreciation to Father Gage for the innumer- able accomplishments that he has carried out, both for us and for the school. May his example be esteemed and imitated now and in the future by the Seniors, and by the Regis ol' To- l'fl0l'Y'0W. We are attempting to show that Regis of Tomorrow with the modernistic buildings on the index pages. There is no doubt that it can't help but be a tremendous success. When- ever such manifestations of support, of zeal, and of arder are shown by such an affable priest at Father Gage, no one can resist so powerful a temptation of falling in line and following a great leader like Father Gage and attain his goal. To all those that know him personally and in spirit, Father Gage is definitely an ideal. We are all looking forward to his return. rw Ulu.
