The pink and silver color scheme decorated the Desert Inn, the location of the Prom and banquet. Molly Davis and Mike Ramsey were crowned Prom Queen and King. SAHUARITA GOES WESTERN First Runner Upg Eva Tompson Rodeo Queeng Karen Schnaufer Second Runner Upg Dolores Mendoza The junior Class spon- sored the three day Rodeo Week this year. Students and teachers participated by Wearing their versions of Western clothes during the week and to the Rodeo Dance. Rodeo Queen candidates were nominated by the junior class and elected by the entire stu- dent body. Sahuarita was Well represented in the Rodeo Parade. The j'.V. Cheer- leaders carried the Sahuarita banner.
