K' -Q? MRS. STEPHANIE FLAHERTY , a member of the Math and Science , Religion, and English Depart- ments, also coaches the I.V. teams and co-mod- erates the G.A.A. and Pep Club. Even with all this, you rarely catch her without a big smile. fx MISS CARMEN CABRERA , our easy-going Spanish expen, is known for her dry humor in class. She teaches Spanish all day long and co-moderates the Spanish Club. MR. GREG AMOUR spends much of his time working with the parishes, and has given life to our subject matter, especially ln Religion. He is also a member of the Social Studies Department. SISTER BERNADETTE is respected , especially by business majors who benefit from her knowledge and skill in her field. She teaches Introduction to Business, Secretarial Procedures and Typing. 'J L -is. R MISS KATHRYN LEAHY has a real love and respect for the sciences. She is shown here doing what she does best - teaching Biology. A trip to the labs at St. Vincent's Seminary is on her ever- yday agenda, too. X . MISS ROSALIE SANDOVAL teaches Typing here at S. H.M. She graduated from Sacred Heart of Mary herself not too many years ago, so she has a special feeling for her students.

MRS. IDA JONES, Homeroom 2 Teacher and co- moderator of the yearbook Crah!J, is famous for her patience with her students. She is in the Practical Arts and English Departments. MS. ANNETTE SARKISIAN, who teaches French and English, has big brown eyes that can be spot- ted a mile away. She is Homeroom Teacher for 106 and moderator of the French Club. wud SISTER DOLORES is our entire Graphic Arts Department. She has provided a much-needed service here at S. H. M. by running a successful Reading Lab. I-lomeroom 109 is her other major interest. 1, 7 MRS. JOYCE COCI-IRAN, the Foods and Clothing teacher. is S.H.M.'s perfect homemaker. It's her students that send those sweet-smelling aro- mas through the hall. MRS. IEANETTE KATSUKI has brought about some fantastic improvements in the P.E. depart- ment. She coaches the varsity teams, co-moder- ates the G.A. A. and Pep Club, and teaches Arts and Crafts. This courageous guy also risks his life every day when he takes the students out on the road for Driver Training. K MRS. ANN MOORE has been a real help to the students in her position as Guidance Counselor. She teaches English and Religion and adds a touch of glamour to our campus. FR. CLARK is a jolly man who we have become very fond of these last two years. He teaches Sophomore Religion and helps out with masses and other spiritual matters. MRS. SANDRA MORRISON returned to teaching this year. Her math students see her as a sweet and patient person, always willing to help 6r just to listen. Not Pictured: MS.
