This group translates into action the poli- cies developed by the school administra- tion. In co-operation with the faculty and Sister Virginia Marie , the student council helps make S . H . According to the World Book Encyclopedia , . . . teachers are to acquaint their students with facts and develop such skills as reading , writing , and speaking . ' ' But that is not enough ! As our teachers at Sacred Heart of Mary , you have helped us in forming our own thoughts and beliefs. It is difficult to understand each and every one of us but you have tried to the best of your ability and we admire you greatly for it.
