SPEAKING OUT x This year Mr. Brad Rea had close to thirty members in his choir, mostly consisting of Freshmen. The class attended the galaxy choral clinic in Tecumseh. The choir provided entertainment at Parent’s Appreciation Night, the Christmas Program, and the Spring Fling. They also sang in the district music contest ranking high scores that were well ear- ned. The chorus class also sang for high school graduation. The entire freshmen class, Matt Knobbe, Jennie Dixon, Deirdre Slominski, Anne Simon, Jackie McGinnis, Shelli Olber- ding, Ofelia Silva, Tracy O’Grady and Matt Bauman made up this year’s speech team. They were led by Marcia Schwartz. They all did well and worked hard. Eric Voegele was one of the highest placing students, ranking second in Galaxy. 29
