ROBIN JEANNE-ANNE QUINN Fairfield, Conn. Robin is blithe, benign, and delightfully Irish. We missed her during our junior year and are pleased to have her back again with us. Robin ' s visits to Red Acres were always perfect week-ends. Cleaning sheep and man¬ ipulating tractors enthralled her. Her interest and participation in the school band along with her social charm and grace are contributions to Sacred Heart which will long be remem¬ bered. Future plans encompass college and then teaching on the elementary level. VIRGINIA IRENE PROTULIS Cohasset Ginny is sweet, shy, and sincere. Neatness and compliance have adorned her character throughout her years at Sacred Heart. A client of Chinese foods, her chief recreation is conversing on Alexander Graham Bell ' s gift to teenagers. Surely she will achieve her desire to appear to be more mature but will always maintain her youthful vigor. Ginny ' s future focuses on the secretarial field. Robin Quinn FRANCIS BERNARD PEASE Plymouth Franny is popular with every member of his class. A broad smile, a swift stride, and a sweeping wave of hair characterize this congenial personage. His Chevy sport coup has wound its way up familiar Route 80 time and time again. An embedded devotion has been witnessed in Franny repeatedly throughout high school, and with a tinge of self-remorse, Sacred Heart graduates a vital spark of spirit and cooperation. Francis Pease 25

GATIA E. PAYNTAR Scituate Gatia is academically prominent and socially superlative. A breath of sophistication and poise compliments her becoming mannerisms. Scholastic pursuits have blossomed for Gatia extolled through continual membership in the 90 Honor Club and the National Honor Soci¬ ety. Cheerleading at SHS had a special zest with Gatia as captain of the team. With her vivacious versatility and mental acuteness she shall attain success in the field of teaching. Linda Petit Stephen O ' Neil LINDA LOUISE E. PETIT New Bedford Linda is Sacred Heart ' s answer to Martha Raye, Lucille Ball, and Clarabell, wrapped up in one. Overflowing enthusiasm mirrors her school spirit. She has been engrossed in the luxuries of residential living since she entered Sacred Heart in her sophomore year. A staunch daughter of New Bedford, Linda can be seen scooting around that reverenced vicinity in her spacious Renault. No red lights will hold her back on the high¬ way to success. U A t Mu -. Jill Gatia Payntar STEPHEN JOSEPH O ' NEIL Kingston Steve is a bulwark of the honor system at Sacred Heart. True to the ideals of the Student Council, he has in earnest served his Alma Mater. He is a versatile connois¬ seur of coops ' , and has bandaged many an ailing auto. The school parking lot will be¬ come a dismal tar abyss with the absence of Steve ' s ostentatious Merc ' . A uniform may soon find itself enveloping a loyal son of Sacred Heart. 24

DEBORAH DIANE PYNN Hanson Debbie is our dedicated Republican. Political perplexities and peals of laughter are her dis¬ tinguishing marks. On week ends she and her friendly Falcon would be seen frequently in and about historic Whitman. An inquisitive intellect and argumentative nature embellish her jocose personage. Diverse talents blended with a magnanimous heart will always win her friends. u KATHLEEN MARY ROACH Braintree Kathy can be taciturn and turbulent at the same instance. Her mellow equanimity en¬ shrouds the vibrant individuality which dis¬ tinguishes her as a student of determination and opinion. Renowned for her candor par¬ ticularly in her social studies classes, she never hesitates to enliven a discussion. Kathy is a melodious member of the Ensemble and an exuberant cheerleader, but drama is her forte. Her friendship will be cherished always. Deborah Pynn LOUIS WILLIAM RAGONETTI Plymouth Louie has long been a familiar figure to Sacred Heart. His affable manner is subdued and unperturbed, but beneath this tranquil exterior sprints the spark of individuality which makes him a notable contributor to his class scholastically, athletically and in spirit. One can envision the future of our country confidently with young men such as Louie assuming the challenges of tomorrow. Louis Ragonetti Kathleen Roach 26
