Melvyn Lawson The same qualities that make F. Melvyn Lawson our Vice-principal, have made him Sacramento's outstanding young man of l939. Co-author with his wife, Verna Kopka Lawson, of the widely-accepted social studies textbook, Our America, Today and Yesterday, Mr. Lawson finds time out of school halls to lead in current civic and national affairs.
