The House of Delegates is the major student governing body of Plattsburgh State Normal School. It is a group com- posed of representatives elected from all student organizations. One of the functions of the House is to act as a policy-forming body to aid the administration of ihe school. All students, through their representatives, have a vital interest in the activities of the House of Delegates, for it is here that their problems are presented and discussed, and solutions suggested. The Student Council is a smaller group, composed of members from the House, and acts in an advisory and executive capacity to the larger body.
