llullllmfl-l lil Between political scandals, the Student Council, RHS' version of Washington D.C., managed to produce some of the annual highlights that made high school life interesting and enjoyable for many students. Kicking off the year was the back-to-school dance. Not being satisfied with that one dance, the Student Council climaxed the 1978-79 homecom- ing festivities with a KAAY disco dance. Finally, Student Council dele- gates traveled to the University of Central Arkansas to participate in the Model United Nations Seminar. 'x xr lain if fqv ,. 1.
