SOPHOMORE CLASS HISTORY
The Class of 1940 with seventy-one hoys and girls in tow. rushed pell-
niell into the Russell lligh School on September Sth, 1938. '
The swift rush of classes, tests, and activities. soon faded and took its
place.
The class offices were duly and ably lilled by:

The Sophoinores did their part to niake athletics a success. Roh Hilton

outstanding of the Sophoinores in football. was ahly supported by Elwood
Strinffer, Milton Mourcr, and Blelxin Duerk.
