Four years ago there graduated from two schools John T Hartman and A
louis Ruhl a group of puplls vvho for the most Dart compose what ls now known
as the semor class of Ruhl Hartman High School
As the summer of 41 rolled by we took our plates as the hugh and mlghtv
freshmen Several new pupils joined us this year Naoml Barry .lack Fmery
lxobert Sllkensen .lack Myers and Doris Jean Bowman also Jeanne and Belle
Boone who had previously attended Hartman Grade School Vhth the klnd as
blstance of Mrs Ross as sponsor and as dlrector of the Freshman llay we got
along, mcely No one vvlll ever forget this year Un December 7 1941 our noun
try took its place heslde the alhes m the second vvorld war
We entered our sophomore year wondering just how mumh vve dld knovw
because we were still learnmg things fhls year 'Vlrs Nloore was our sponsor
