Between the acts of beginning school and Thanksgiving vacation there is a lovably chaotic act known only as Homecoming , This consists of Freshmen attempting points, Sophomores hanging in there, Juniors trying to make up for lost time and Seniors struggling to make their last one, a big one. In the skit area Sophomores brought in first, Freshmen second and the jun- iors third. The float competition saw Freshmen carrying first, juniors at sec- ond and Sophomores with third, but where were the Seniors? Well, they were on the football field, of course, as the Seniors we have all come to know and love braced us for a stunning victory over North Crawford with a score of thirty-three to zero. Now is the time to look back and remember it all. 19 MY HANDS IS F LL O' GIFTS ROW 1: E. Ness, D. Clair, K. Dyar, J. Klein. ROW 2: J. Nofsinger, J. McCaskey, S. The ACappella Choir is the biggest T group which consist of sophomores, jun- iors, and seniors. Their year consists of four concerts: The Pops Concert, the Christmas Concert, Handel's Messiah, and the Spring Concert which consisted of various selections from our past musicals. The Freshmen choir, known as the I. V. Singers also participated in the concerts. The members of the class triple trio make up the select group known as the Royallettes . We would never be able to go back and look at all the strange events that took place during the year. If you are in Photo Club you learn by expe- rience. You are ac- quainted with all the various techniques in Q photography and you also learn how to apply them. NEWSPAPER STAFF Have you ever thought of how much work is be- hind those school news- papers you receive? Ask one of the girls on staff. The advance typing class is in charge of this tedious task. They gather information, jokes, and poetry in order to keep you aware of the current happenings and hopefully to put a smile on your face. They exchange editions with various schools to trade ideas. 'M KERRY BONES MAY MARTALOCK BILL HUIVLPRHEY THE CLASS OF 1973 The time is now but, we'll soon refer to it as then. Along with the lapse of time many a changing emotions and moods are finished too. Four years can include numerous things, our freshman initiation and how we laughed, the Junior Prom and the party afterwards, our Homecoming, and our great basketball team. What's going to happen after we leave? Some will move away never to he seen while others will he around occasionally. Some will grow up and some will grow out but regardless we will still have our mem- ories of our four years at Royall.
