Nt O9 NNQN Dedication - - - We, the class of January '50, wish to dedicate our Oak to a man who we think deserves credit for helping make ROI-lS the fine school it is. Not only has Mr. Montie played a vital part in athletics as coach ot the tennis team and the former coach ot the basketball squad but he is also an outstanding teacher ot Government, English, and Math. Therefore, we are proud to give him the recognition which he so rightly deserves. -

Masferlng the English language are Jerry Buchanan, Chuck Exploratory really keeps 'em working: Florence Caruso Sanders Jerry Yoes, Frances While, Tom Schultz, Jeanie Ross- Johnny Coolican, Jerry Dixon, Steve Eggleston, Freshmen 9A Th 9A's have had a very suc- cessful year. Some of the out- standing players on our freshman football team were Carl Triebel, Tex Maxwell and Gary Peters. Some more of our freshmen who are doing well in swimming are Butch Stock, Tom Shultz, Bob Schwenk, Ray Muncey and Bill Larimer. The OAK staff repre- sentatives for this year were Butch Stock and Marilyn Martin. I Wide awake in homeroom are Lowel Bouren, Belly Shave, Shirley Farough, Willard Dickson, Frank Caruso, Jim Beckman, Gail Hullinger and Mr. Rafhsburg. -4-
