A local farmer recently purchased 20 more cows; this is Gary Hlnkley, one of our local popular farmers. Have you seen the new house in our community? It Is occupied by Mrs. Jeanne Gray. Plana Collins of Detroit, Michigan, is now picking out fabrics and paints for the '66 Fords. Mr. and Mrs. Colin Becker (the former Loretta Johnson) and child- ren motored to Prattsville Sunday to see his parents. Because of a bout with the flu, Wayne Stahl spent the past week in Roxbury. After treatment at Ives1, he made a speedy recovery. He is an engineer employed in Binghamton. Helen Cammer has moved her beauty parlor to the second floor of the modern new drug store, owned and operated by Jo Harrington. By the way, Josie has been awarded the title of Cutest Soda-Jerk in New York State. Chubby Etts is salesman for Chevrolet now, and he has a regular route between fcoxbury and Buffalo. Virginia Gaines has been graduated from St. Luke's; she now plans to Join the Navy and see the world.1 The new garage owned by Gary DuMond. recently had on display a 1920 Hudson car. Gall Sears is now teaching horaeraaking in Prattsville, New York. The Air Force has invented a new plane which broke the super- sound barrier. William Decker was the pilot.
