WE HONOR THIS MAN At this time the Laker staff would like to show their great appreciation and to give the rec- ognition that is due to Mr. Frank Lobaza. A man who has gotten little recognition in what he has done, yet in many ways has been heard around our school and community. Mr. Lobaza was a 1963 graduate from R.L.H.S., where he spent his junior and senior years. He participated in football his senior year and baseball as a junior. He also was a letterman, a member of the speech and Spanish clubs and the Blaize. He attained his education at Northern Illinois University where his major was history and his minor in Sociology. Having taught here, at Round Lake for 5 years, Mr. Lobaza has gotten involved as sponsor of the Freshmen and Sophomore class, the 13th establishment, Ecology club and FOCUS. He devotes his spare time in preparing programs and speaking to youth groups on subjects such as drugs, V.D., abortion and the occult. He also gets much pleasure playing hockey in the winter. Mr. Lobaza is truly a man dedicated to his society as well as to the betterment of us as adults. We wish him success, happiness and good luck in the future.

SCHOOL SONG Oh, let all schools that stand throughout the land Put up their banners proud and high. We will extend to all a friendly hand: The bonds of friendship let us tie. But out of all the schools that fight for fame, There’s only one that will remain: And that is Round Lake, Round Lake, here’s to you! We will not fail you, maize and blue. Hit ’em high! Hit ’em low! Go, team, go! But when they take the roll of fighting schools, They’ll find there’s one above them all. For it is maize and blue that proudly rules. Before our colors all will fall. 3 FIGHT!
