PARTHENA Parthena, a girls' honor club, was organized in 1926 by a group of girls who decided to set a higher standard of character and personal appearance. Each year they give the Annual Reverse dance. Their contributions to the war effort were making scrap books for children's hospitals and keeping an honor roll of service men. Miss Cole is the group CIRCLE C Circle C, a boys' honor club, was organized for the betterment of the aims and ideals of the boys of Roseville joint Union High School. Each year the boys sponsor a dance, and take part in a joint banquet with Parthena. Mr. Brady is the group advisor. advisor. Each year C.S.F. sponsors a dance, and the members act as guides for the in- coming Freshmen on Play Day. Miss Dunn is the advisor for the group. BOOKANEERS W Bookaneers, a literary club open to Junior and Senior girls, was organized to promote a better understanding of good literature. Each year a book of original works by the mem- bers is compiled and printed. Meetings are held twice a month, one being a business meeting and the other social. Their advisor is Miss le Nobel.
