CLARENCE CONNER Director The Panther Band was very active this year, performing at football and home basketball games, pep rallies and pep assemblies, at the Thanks- giving assembly, in three parades and in the Band Festival in which bands from all over receive trophies for best performances. Under the direction of Mr. Conner, with the help of Bill Rollinger, the band president, the Panther Band has adopted a new constitution. Flash weakens The Flashrankers were partially responsible for getting and maintaining Rosemead school spirit at a high peak this year by performing at all the pep rallies and pep assemblies, at the football and basketball games, and marching in three parades, Some of their most tense moments were spent in performing at the Spring Festival in which other schools from this area com- peted in form and precision.
