President, first semester Commission accomplished many things. They installed a permanent ticket booth on Pan- ther Field, and also had the bleachers painted in time for the i959 football season. Members of Commission made a proiect of taking pictures of all campus activities that were shown to the student body at an assembly at the end of the year. The Judicial Board is a fairly new organization on cam- pus, this being only the second year of its existance. This Board is the iudicial branch of the school govern- ment, and its main purpose is to interpret the school constitution and to make decisions, as they are necess- ary, to properly enforce the constitution and by-laws. The Board also sees that eligibility requirements are maintained and enforced.

The installation of the second semester commission members was a formal affair held in March at Johnny's No Bone Steak House in Covina. During the semester this commission assisted the clubs on campus during Foreign Exchange Student Week, sponsored Safety Week which was climaxed' by a car show and presentation of trophies, and continued work on the Anti-Smoking Cam- paign. Of interest to the Student Body were commissions plans to build another permanent ticket booth on Panther Field and the beautifica- tion of Panther Square.
