The annual staff feels that because of their outstanding ability, not only on the bas- ketball court but in scholastic achievement as well, the 1959 issue of the Gleaner should be dedicated to the Roscoe Plowboy basketball team, District 6A Champions. We feel that the team's success is due to their hard work, their team spirit, good sportsmanship, cooperation with one another and Coach Jones Because of these commendable qualities we feel it fitting to honor these boys and their coach in this manner.
