HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC Bo s' and Girls' Glee Clubs and Mixed Chorus were organized in September and woried on music for the county music festival. This event was in November at El Dorado. For Christmas music the boys represented shepherds and the girls angels in the Holy Night Pageant. The groups have also taken part in singing popular songs on various community night programs. Butler County Music Contest will be at Douglass on March 11. Glee Club and Chorus numbers are being prepared as well as a number of solos and small groups. GRADE SCHOOL MUSIC Besides the daily music period, the grade rooms have taken part in a number of coummunity night programs. Each room represented a special group of charact- ers in the Holy Night Pageant. Now the interest is centered in preparing for Grade School Music Festival, to be held on April 8 at Leon. HIGH SCHOOL ONE ACT PLAY CONTEST 'The Winnern, by Evelyn Cross is the play to be given by Rosalie studerlt at Whitewater on March 4. We gave a comedy entitled 'Pretty Girl Wanted'. Our rating was good.
