Ten were eighth graders and twelve were seventh graders. Bill Carter, Dee Clarkson, John Cronk, Verna Head, Harold Juby, Donna Houser, Bobby Strange, Donald Sutton, Elmer Swift, and David Whery were eighth graders. Barbara Bender, David Cronk, larjie Emond, Freddie Gilliland, Joyce Jackson, Charlene Johnson, Janice Kimball, Jerelean Krehbiel, Patty Lewis, Barbara Sutton and Joanne Wilson were seventh graders. On September 8, Dale Carwin entered the eighth grade, but on September 22, he and Verna Mead moved to O11 Hill community. On October 3, Darlene Fetters joined us. She is in the seventh grade. During those warm days of fall we worked out a baseball schedule. The boys got right down to business and won two of their three ball games. When the season began to change and cool weather brought us inside we began to work out on the basket ball court. Due to some good training last year and team co-operation this year, they have brought home three victories out of their four league games played. For extra-curricular activities, the boys in the seventh and eighth grads chose to make some inprovements in the room. -They built a table for the flowers and installed a magazine rack in the room. The girls have kept the room looking nice and they manage to find time to write the weekly news. As for social events, we have endeavored to have one class party and a Christmas party. We hope to take a trip this year also. lr. Joesph Sanders
