SOPBDHOBE HISTORY The freshman class of 1950-51 consisted of four members. They were Bessie Lou Ballinger, Peggy Lou Willhite, Theodore Diffendal, and Ronald Wehry. The class was very well balanced with two girls and two boys. November 22 brought the freshman class a new member, Jack Kimble fre m El Dorado, Kansas. Later Jack moved back to El Dorado, leaving the same group. Class Officers were: President.............. .... .....Bess1e Ballinger Vice-President... ...Ronald Wehry Secretary. .... ...Ted Diffendal Treasurer .... ......... ...Peggy Villhite Student Council Rep.... ...Ronald Wehry Sponsor .... ........ ............. lr. J. R. Strange The following September of 1951-S2 the sophomore class consisted of the same four members as the freshman year plus two more students to start the year with us. They were Bessie Lou Ballinger, Peggy Lou Willhite, Eleanor Rose Walker, who came from Reece, Theodore Diffendal, Ronald Wehry, Philip Latta, who came from El Dorado. We are ve y happy to have them join us. Mrs. Criman wasour sponsor: she left at Christmas to go with her husband, to Arizona. Miss Moore, from Wichita took Mrs. Criman's place, as sponsor for the rest of theschooL year.
