SENIOR CLASS HISTORY The freshman class of 1948-49, consisted of only three girls and nine boys: Norma Jean Short, Norma Meredith, Donnese Willhite, Loren Max Thompson, Don Mead, Lyle Gray, Charles Simon, Darryl Traylor, Loren Ballinger, David Liggett, Wayne Meredith, and Robert Cartwright. lorma and Wayne Meredith became classmembers in March, when they moved here from Bunker Hill, Kansas. We also were proud to say we had the same people to make up our twelve. Mrs. Rardon was forced to quit teaching school the first semester, so Mrs. Krehblel was our sponsor until Miss Joanne Barnhart came.
