Activity Recording Committee serves as a check to prevent over-participation in extra-curricular activities. However, Thrift Committee tries to encourage over- participation, in banking. During the month of January it sponsored a drive to increase the number of students who bank. The theme of the drive was Bank now . . . spend later. Study supervisors hold an ASR appolntive office and work directly with Advisory Council. Their main purpose is not to punish a student, but merely to bring his offense to the attention of the student himself. Alumni Committee keeps the record of past and present Roosevelt students up-to-date each year.
