Non-voTing members oT The Coun- cil are The Colonel oT The R.O.T.C., Lieu- TenanT Colonel oT The Girls' Drill Team, and The I-lealTh and SaTeTy CoordinaTor. The sTudenT body council is The execuTive body oT The sTudenT body governmenT. IT promoTes and coor- dinaTes The sTudenT acTiviTies.
