.xdcfiuifiea G A . ff 0l'Yl2C0l'l'lU'lg Homecoming Week and the big game are two of the most outstanding activities to a Roosevelt student. This week, as most Rough Riders know, is the week of many events. Floats are submitted by various clubs, noon rallies are held, and to top the whole week off, a victory dance is sponsored by Green and Gold. Queen candidates are chosen and the winner is announced at a noon dance. An eventful rally is given the afternoon of the big day. Here, many humorous skits are presented and the assassination of the liresno High president ends the traditional rally. Finally the big night arrives, and the spirit mounts as the Rough Rider football team fights for the Little Brown Pig. Hall' time brought the RHS band out onto the fielcl to present the life ol' Teddy Roosevelt. Card stunts were performed by the rooting section, and both schools could be heard cheering their teams. Although spirit was abundant and the team fought the Xxfarriors with all their might, the pig decided to see what tl'iC interior of l:l'L'Nf1tl l'llgll'S trolwlly M T . M'Liss, a teenage tomboy, played by Bun- ny Nidever, lived in a small western town in the early 1900's. john Grey, portrayed by jon DeMorales, is the hero of this humor- ous play and is the suspect of the murder of Bummer Smith, M'Liss' father. M'Liss, who is heartbroken, turns to Clara Hunting, played by Donna Setrakian. At a humorous and exciting court trial with Judge McSnag- gley presiding, john Grey is proved inno- cent, as Carter Langdon, the villan, played by Mike Dyer, is revealed as the murderer and Clara Hunting is found to be his ac- complice.
