This presenTaTion was seconded by The sTory oT Three daTes on a hecTic picnic, AnTic Spring, and conTinued Wilbur's sTory. These Two plays, combined wiTh a Third serious drama abouT The Tragedy of Pearl Harbor, Tell Dorie NoT To Cry, were presenTed as an even- ing program on April 7. ATTer This Tinal public perTormance, Two lisTless groups of acTors were enlivened by planning and direcTing Two programs enTirely by Themselves. The members oT The dramaTics class read exTensively and selecTed Two plays, The Wedding Rehearsal, and The Dear DeparTed, Tor possible assembly presenTaTion. The Speech ArTs class chose To produce LiTTle Darling, and More PerTecT Union, hiTs oT The I949 season, in a perTormance aTTer school. The coming year promises more and beTTer programs wiTh more opporTuniTies Tor beginning and advanced acTors.
