The highlighls of lhis year were lhe Chrislmas program and lhe Spring Concerl, bolh oi which gave 'rhe sludenls oi Roosevell, parenls, and friends a higher apprecialion lor music as 'raughl al Roosevell. The Girls' Glee Club, a group of sludenls who wish 'lo lurlher lheir musical careers, or who iusl plain love lo sing, is anolher group which has made ilself known lhis year by singing in lhe Chrislmas program, in lhe Spring Concerl, and al' parenl-'reacher meelings. Several olher small ensembles were formed in 'l'he year of l949-I'-750. Their a-clivilies consisled of pro- grams presenled lor school and communily affairs.
