Having an eager personality and bubbling smiles keep these two on top. Most Flirtations Tonya Garner and Scotty Bessant were chosen the most flirtatious couple for '78-'79. Because of their charm and ability to make friends among the opposite sex, they are a popular pair. Friend1iest Sylvia Arredondo and Alex Rosales were elected Friendliest gal and guy at R.I-l.S. What greater honor could be afforded to a student than to be selected by teachers and fellow classmates as hav- ing excelled in some capacity during the span of their school lives.
