Adminisiraiors Guide School System Assistant Superintendent Don Taylor is equally well known throughout this area. He is cur- rently serving as President of Lub- bock County Credit Union and was awarded the title of National Leader of Secondary Education, Marvin Williams, Superinten- dent and basketball coach is now serving his 29th year at Roosevelt. While at Roosevelt Mr. Williams has made Who 's Who in Texas and Who 's Who in the South and South- west. His interest in the progress of the students and faculty of Roosevelt school system is well known and his determination and good record prove this. lv' i

Smiihs Lead The Wag RHS has had the same princi- pal now for eleven years. During this time Mr. A. E. Smith has guided and directed the activities of many varied students. Besides his duties as principal, he manages to represent the school in most every organization and at- tends nearly all school-related functions, both on and off school grounds. SMITH - Principal B.A. - Texas Tech M, A, - Baylor Mr. Ray Smith came to RHS during the 1971-'72 school term assume-duties as the first full- time director of guidance and counseling here. A band director for 16 years Mr. Smith did not become full time counselor until 1963.
