Vicky is the president of the Student Council and has recently been elected as Miss RHS, but she has also done excellent work behind the scenes as the editor of the Eagle. For the past two years Vicky's unceasing effort and continuous desire has raised the quality of the Eagle to the height today of which we are all very proud.
