For without the staff working together, long and hard and very coopera- tively, this annual would not or could not have been possible. Without Miss Martin, we the staff, would have been lost. We would not have known where to begin to do layouts, pictures or topics. If we had to do without her jokes and fun, we surely would have gotten tired of the whole thing and quit. But most importantly, without the students and faculty there would not be an annual. I would like to thank each one for helping us to get original pictures, ideas, and quotes for use in this annual. The teachers were very helpful in getting homeroom, club, lab, and student pictures made. The students, however, are the annual. I hope that within the covers of this book we have something for you. We have tried very hard to collect items of interest to everyone. We have tried to get a large variety of people, pictures, and student and faculty activities. I hope we have succeeded in putting together a book of memories that you will long cherish. Once again, I want to thank each one that has contributed in any way to the publication of the 1974 Vulcan.
