Sophomore phvsieal edueation includes a health course in first aid. Students who have musical ability may try out for the band or choir, direeted by Mr. Harlan 'Fliomas and Mr. James Met'ol- lum. A total of seventeen units of credit. is neeessary for graduation. A class whieli meets every day and requires out-of-class preparation nets one unit per year. while ai elass which meets every day but has no homework assignment nets one-half unit per year. The seventeen units must in- clude at least two majors and two minors. A major consists of three units of a given area of studyg a minor represents two units in a given field.
