Both her brilliant sense ot humor and her pleasant speaking and singing voice have made her popular with all who know her. -lo urnalism An unmistakable desire to accomplish things is an out- standing characteristic of Miss Daisy Curry, the quiet, scholar- ly teacher in room 23. Her iixterest in journalism has given the Meloneer News a tlace of honor and distinction in our school. Besides journal- ism she also teaches sopho- more and junior English. livnvrul Business Miss Vesta Pursell, formerlr Sergeant Pursell of the Wo- men's Army Corps, has won the sincere admiration of her students with her vivacious personality and extremely amusing stories of her army life.
