With a song and a splash, the Seven Dwarfs, 'Torbidden Planetf' 'tMousketeers, and several other of Disney's creation took their guests of the Dorado Show on a trip through Disneyland. As the lights turned low and the first group of Disney people entered, the natatorium was transformed into a 6'Starlight Fantasyf, Several acts such as Siamese Cats, Lady and the Tramp, Beaver Valleyf' and Mermaids brought to life characters from the land of the happy and frolicking people. Song of the South, Someday My Prince Will Come, 'gWaltz of the Flowers, and Hi Lilli Hi Lo brought the ever-popular songs of Disney into the picture, portrayed in a colorful way. The entire Cast appeared together with lighted candles in an impressive finale. Portraying two pert kitty-kats are Karin Sjostrom and Pat Erickson, in a duet, Siamese Cats. Dorado Show Is Stolen from Disney Disneylanrl dwarfs monopolizing East's diving board are Jo Anne Pellant, Dawn Lindquist, Carol Adamson, Jackie De Pew, Karen Akerlund, and Sally Barber.

KAREINQl.':i?xRLL'ND 5 l JEAN VVEDBERG Navy Theme Prevails At Anchors Avveigh Reigning over the 1957 Dolphin Show, were Miss Karen Akerlund, queen of the show, and her court, Miss Jean Wedberg and Miss Pat Erickson. These pretty girls, who were escorted to the throne by club officers, added color to each performance of the 17 th annual Dolphin Show, Anchors Aweighf' In a shipboard atmosphere, Don Jackson assumed the role of master of ceremonies and announced the acts for the three performances. Included in the show were ballet numbers, a male singing group, clown diving, a comedy trampoline act, and exhibition relays and diving. The girls ballet acts were under the direction of Mrs. Mabel Green, while Mr. Vito Lopin, Dolphin Club adviser, supervised the entire show. Portraying a harem in Anchors Aweighi' are Terry Clowning on the deck of the pool are Chuck Bodin and Mrowiec, Bob Aten, and Bob Helm. Dick Branca as Mr. Zllagoo. +.+Q, iii .TLT .ig-, if

hai' f' I, ,sins I ABOVE: Carolyn Thorne and Jim Eklof thrill Talent Show audiences with a tap number. BE- LOW: Sweet Old Fashioned Girl featured Carol Diagon and Sarah Anderson in a dance interpre- tation. Station ERAB presents - a day in TV Studio 1, was the theme of the Tenth Annual Publications Show. In- cluded in the day of programming were seven shows, pre- sided over by master of ceremonies, Jim Boothby. The Martha Maine Show, a housewife's program fea- tured Dru Henderson, giving tips on how to ease the strain of housekeeping. Included on her program were several song and dance acts. Next on station ERAB came Uncle Josh and the Kid- dies, a show for the younger set of TV-land. Llewellyn Walker reigned over this program which also included a comedy and dance act. Following Uncle Josh was one of the more unusual seg- ments of this year's show, an auction conducted by Ken Staff and Randy Johnson. Hillbilly Hoedown with Sammy Dee centered around Bob Bolander and a dance act, I'm Not Mad, Just Hurt. After this rollicking show came Morgan Batty and the News, in which Wayne Carlson described the earth-shak- ing events of the day. As on most networks, ERAB scheduled a sport show after the news and the audience enjoyed Jack Brees and the Highlights of Sports. As an added attraction Jack Goodin included a male quartet and trampoline act for thrills. The final show was the Ted Sullivan Show MC'd by Steve Sheets. This show highlighted eight acts varying from sophisticated dance interpretations to a piano selection. E-Rab TV Presents --Talent and Auction Assembled for finale is the entire Talent Show cast.
