KAREINQl.':i?xRLL'ND 5 l JEAN VVEDBERG Navy Theme Prevails At Anchors Avveigh Reigning over the 1957 Dolphin Show, were Miss Karen Akerlund, queen of the show, and her court, Miss Jean Wedberg and Miss Pat Erickson. These pretty girls, who were escorted to the throne by club officers, added color to each performance of the 17 th annual Dolphin Show, Anchors Aweighf' In a shipboard atmosphere, Don Jackson assumed the role of master of ceremonies and announced the acts for the three performances. Included in the show were ballet numbers, a male singing group, clown diving, a comedy trampoline act, and exhibition relays and diving. The girls ballet acts were under the direction of Mrs. Mabel Green, while Mr. Vito Lopin, Dolphin Club adviser, supervised the entire show.
