F.N.A. members are angels of mercy tools: hypodermic needles, bandages, thermometers, and charts, qualities: patience, in¬ telligence, concern, cheerful¬ ness. rewards: starched white cap, diploma, an occasional weak smile, profession: nurse. girls looking forward to a medical career learned by doing and listening, they pre¬ pare to handle the tools, develop the qualities, a nd earn the rewards, they call them¬ selves the future nurses club. Some FNA members donate their time working at the hospital as Anthonettes.
