Vocal Talent Displayed by Girls Glee Club This year’s Girls’ Glee Club was com¬ posed of nineteen tuneful Junior and Senior g irls. While the club requires no audition, it aims for perfection throug-h practice. The club was featured along with the Senior Glee Club in the late fall and spring con¬ certs. During the Christmas season, it joined in caroling throug h the halls. PLANNING GIRLS GLEE activities for the year are: Sue Nelson, president; Sue Giesler, secretary; and Joann Lindbloom, treasurer. Orchestra Offers Means of Expression Mr Allen was a new addition to Rocky’s music depart¬ ment this year. Under the new and skillful direction of Mr. David Allen, orchestra began a suc¬ cessful season. A small string ensemble started the year off well by supplying in¬ formal entertainment at Open House. Band members did double duty as the orchestra concert approached. Orchestra provided a wide variety of excellent music for school and community. ORCHESTRA MEMBER Ken Bell plays a mean bass.
